What are the shipping charges for domestic and international orders?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Pakistan. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the parcel.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days. International deliveries may take 7-10 working days, depending on customs clearance and the destination country.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and have all original tags intact. Please note that we do not offer refunds unless the product is found to be defective.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers for both local and international customers.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
While we strive to display our colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photographic lighting.
Do you offer customization or stitching services?
Currently, we provide both unstitched fabrics and ready-to-wear collections. We do not offer bespoke customization services beyond the standard sizes listed in our size chart.
